As you know by now, at Grič we love evenings that are allowed to stray a little. The traditional #KIČNPARTI is a celebration of relaxation, when top-notch cuisine opens, mixes, and rounds out among people.

Nicolae Craciun from Cimbru Author in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, will be with us. Cimbru Author is a cuisine that knows no quiet seasons: the menus are constantly changing and follow the producers, fermentation, fire and flavors of Transylvania. Nicolae cooks honestly, without embellishment, with strong beliefs and ingredients that have a story. Together with Luka Košir and the Grič team, we will co-create an evening that will bring a piece of Romania to Šentjošt.

The space will be yours. Walk around, taste, enter the kitchen — the story will happen in front of you, not behind closed doors. There is no order, no menus. Just a smell, a bite, a glass, and the next moment.
